Overview
- The Oval at Castrol Raceway is home to one of Canada's largest factions of Sprint cars. The growing popularity of the World of Outlaws series along with the demand for extreme sports is ever increasing the event attendance. Spectators jump at the chance to see their local heroes compete not only at home, but at various national events throughout the Northwestern region.

- 3/8 mile clay oval track
- 3-degree bank on the straight, 9-degree bank on the corner
- Permanent lighting for evening events
- 20 Corporate Skyboxes along the top of the grandstands (open air, no power)
- The Oval grandstands hold 5500 Spectators
- Family seating where no alcohol is served
- Semi-permanent weigh scales for competitor tech
- Inside track oval pit area (pit hold apx. 250 cars)
- Semi-permanent oval pit office
- 15 ft. high chain link catch fence reinforced with steel cables on front straight and east corner
- Concrete barriers encircling/protecting the oval pit competitor area
- 4ft. high steel Armco barriers around perimeter of oval-except front straight. 4ft. high cement barrier on front straight.
