FOOD & BEVERAGE: QUICK SERVICE- PART TIME

Castrol Raceway: Where Adrenaline Lives! Working with a company built on excitement and strong community commitment means the work will definitely be interesting. Cashier Hosts and Hostesses provide food and beverage and merchandise offerings to Guests throughout our facility in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests everyday by sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest Service.

This Role is part time and requires a commitment to availability. All positions commence end of April and conclude by mid-October. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

The starting rate for a Food & Beverage Quick Service Cashier is $10/ hour.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for welcoming and interacting with all Guests
• Responsible for greeting Guests and taking their order, entering into POS system
  and verifying order by repeating back to Guest
• Suggests additional items as appropriate
• Receives and processes payment
• Requires constant interaction with guests including answering questions,
  providing directions, event information and other services to help create a
  memorable experience
• May assemble orders and present to guests according to recipe guidelines
• Knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines including
  temperature requirements
• Has good judgment of food quality and production, understands the impact of
  spoilage
• Responsible for maintaining work area-restocking and cleaning
• Ensures that food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards
• Replenishes food and other serving items as necessary
• Portions back-up items
• May ensure freezers are maintained at the appropriate temperature
• May require equipment operation, including working near equipment that
  generates heat

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to effectively work independently or as part of a team
• Must have cash handling capabilities and be able to count back proper change
• Excellent Hospitality skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment
• Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under
  pressure
• Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations
• Receptive to special requests
• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests
• Able to make independent decisions for our guests
• Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision)
• Willing to follow instructions & take direction
• Flexible/adaptable
• Supportive of other cast working on your team
• Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willing to work outdoors even in inclement weather
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights,
  weekends, holidays and special events
• Perform all job related functions in a cordial friendly manner, committed to

• This role is Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of two
  (2) days per week, including nights and holidays.

BARTENDER/HOSTESS PERSONNEL- PART TIME

The Front Line Team greet our guests, demonstrating Castrol Raceway’s spirit and contributes to a high energy, fast paced environment that provides Guests with an extraordinary, fun, and dynamic experience. There are a variety of Beverage server/Hostess Roles ranging from Main Service Bartenders, Gransdstand Servers, Lounge Bartenders & Servers, and Suite/Hospitality Hostesses at our facility. The positions although different, require the same level of commitment and enthusiasm and are often interchangeable offering a variety of new and exciting experiences for each Team Member.

This Role is part time and requires a commitment to availability. All positions commence end of April and conclude by mid-October. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

The Starting Rate for a Bartender/Hostess Position is $10/hour (Tipped Position)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of Castrol Raceway following
  standard recipes (including mixed drinks, draft and bottled beer, coolers,
  margaritas)
- Responsible for greeting Guests and taking their order, entering into POS system
  and verifying order by repeating back to Guest
- Ability to serve multiple Guests at bar/ walk up Guests and cocktail servers at
  server stations
- Suggests additional items as appropriate
- Receives and processes payment
- Ability to work with bar/restaurant equipment and supplies including, but not
  limited to coffee,blender, knives, draft machine, margarita/blended drink machine,
  large trays, carafes, and coffee pots.
- Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of the area;
  knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines including
  temperature requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining work area
- Restocking and cleaning
- Requisitions liquor and supplies from F&B Manager
- May set up tables within lounge/hospitality areas with glassware, napkins,
  fruit and garnishes
- May slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Coordinate with Food Service Manger on all Suite/Hospitality requirements
- Serves beverage to Guests at proper temperature
- Knowledge and understanding with all products; Shares knowledge of all
  products with Guests
- Able to articulate menu options and ingredients with Guests
- Assists Guests with directions, entertainment, show event schedules and other
  information
- May clear tables and perform pre-bussing duties
- Some computer experience, working with POS systems; entering Guest drink
  orders, collecting money, and maintaining a cash drawer to balance at end of shift
- Process all transactions and inventory for accounting purposes in accordance
  with specific position procedures provided by F&B Manager
- Completing assigned side work duties at beginning and end of each shift
- This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant guest interaction.
- Must exhibit a positive, friendly helpful attitude toward Team Members and
  Guests to maintain the world-class quality of the experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be 18 years of age
· Must possess AGLC Pro Serve
· Assist in the preparation of guest drinks.
· Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to guests maintaining the show
  quality of the Castrol Raceway experience.
· Handle cash and other forms of payment; should have cash handling capabilities
  and be able to count back proper change
· General alcoholic beverage knowledge (beer, spirits, and liquors)
· General knowledge of bar setup.
· General knowledge of bar sanitation.
· Participate in maintaining the bar- cleaning, sanitizing, setting up and breaking
  down.
· Verify legal drinking age and denying service to intoxicated Guests when
  necessary.
· Perform multiple tasks at one time.

FAN SERVICES & SECURITY PERSONNEL- PART TIME

The Front Line Team greet our guests, demonstrating Castrol Raceway’s spirit and contributes to a high energy, fast paced environment that provides Guests with an extraordinary, fun, and dynamic experience. There are a variety of Fan Services roles ranging from Front Gate spectator staff and Competitor Gate admissions, to Ushers and Security at our facility. The positions, although different, require the same level of commitment and enthusiasm and are often interchangeable offering a variety of new and exciting experiences for each Team Member.

This Role is part time and requires a commitment to availability. All positions commence end of April and conclude by mid-October. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

The Starting Rate for a Fan Services Position is $75 to $125 per event (Maximum 7 hours)

RESPONSIBILITES

• Greet Guests at the facility entrances with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Proactively address Guests needs by asking open ended questions to assess
  guest’s needs, giving directions and other information regarding Castrol Raceway
  and its various venues.
• Ensure efficient incoming and outgoing facility traffic flow
• Admission Sales; receives and process payments for all Gate transactions in
  accordance with specific gate procedures.
• Operating a Point of Sales system and ensuring proper reconciliation guidelines
  are met
• Handle cash, foreign currencies, credit card transactions, traveller checks, and
  discounts; collect other forms of payment.
• May assemble Will Call/Ticketing orders and present to Guests
• Collect admission tickets (and/or Bar Code scans) and process for accounting
  purposes in accordance with specific gate procedures.
• Identify prohibited facility items via a Guest open bag search.
• Greet Competitors and Crew members; inform all of the obligation to sign a
  Waiver of Liability prior to entering the facility
• Assist Competitors with Signing the Waiver of Liability and Witness each
  signature ensuring proper procedures are followed correctly
• Assist and direct Guests with facility information, general first aid treatments,
  helping to locate children gone astray and/or misplaced items; assisting with all
  Guest related requests to the best of your ability.
• Ushering and escorting Guests to proper venues and facility locations
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; i.e. Guest safety, correct seating,
  well-organized parking and interrupt and resolve disruptive situations
