Racing For a Cure raised over $348,000 in 2013 thanks to all your help! This event was a great success thanks to all of the sponsors, drivers, riders, volunteers, charities involved and organizers. We couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you all for helping us BEAT our goal of $250,000. The kids that this money helps thank you from the bottom of their hearts.
Now, our date in 2014 is June 21st and our goal is $500,000. C’mon Edmonton, let’s all step up to beat this goal!
Now in its third year, Racing for a Cure is an annual event that benefits the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Kids with Cancer Society and one more well deserving recipient to be named. The event takes place on Saturday June 21st, 2014 at the Castrol Raceway.
What is it? Well, do you have the need for speed deep inside of you? Have you always wanted to let your inner speed racer loose? If so, the Racing for a Cure event is where you need to be! Join us on Saturday June 21st, 2014 to experience a fast paced, thrilling ride around the track in one of many exotic vehicles ranging in value from over $300,000 to more than $750,000.
Rides start at just $50 (for 2 laps) and all of the proceeds go towards helping kids through the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Kids with Cancer Society and one more lucky charity (to be named) in Edmonton.
